can you help me decide what should i use for my thesis project, pleasE?

i consider the following CMS:

  • Joomla
  • Drupal
  • MAMBO

which of the three would be a lot easier for me to use  on building a proposed Student-Faculty Portal for our College?

and also, can you kindly please give a short review, opinion, comments, or suggestion on your preferred choice.

I have a java(jsp/servlet) based website and I want to setup a CMS for it so that my non-technical co-workers can also edit/update the content of the website by using their personal login. Any idea how can I do this and which FREE CMS should I use? and how to setup or congiure it for my website. Any help is appreciated.
